These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and settlement conditions between SKIPIKS ("Company") and shopping sellers ("Seller") who supply and expose products on the AI fashion-curation platform.
1. Sellers apply via the Seller Console (/seller); the agreement is formed upon the Company's review and approval.
2. The Company may reject or revoke onboarding if product/business information is false or violates law or public order.
1. The Company matches seller products to looks by style using the common platform pipeline.
2. Exposure, click, and billing records are provided in real time in the Seller Console.
1. Sellers pre-charge ad credits (1 credit = 1 KRW basis); valid clicks deduct the product's CPC from the wallet.
2. Clicks deemed fraudulent (automated, duplicate, self-clicks) may be excluded from billing or refunded afterward.
3. When the balance is exhausted, exposure of the seller's products may be automatically suspended.
1. Unused charged credits may be refunded upon request under applicable law (e.g., the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
2. Ad spend already consumed by valid clicks is, in principle, non-refundable.

Rights to seller-registered product images/descriptions remain with the Seller, who grants the Company a license to use, reproduce, and transmit such content for service-exposure purposes.
1. Sellers may request withdrawal anytime via the console; remaining credits follow the Refund clause.
2. The Company may terminate upon notice (immediately in urgent cases) for material breach.
1. Responsibility for product quality, delivery, and refunds lies with the Seller; the Company provides an exposure/matching platform and is not a party to the transaction.
2. The Company is not liable for interruptions due to force majeure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
