When does partner status change?

Signed up Under review Active

Signed up (pre-review) — the state right after registration. Click ‘Submit for review’ to start the review.
Under review — this state after you submit. The team reviews and decides approval/rejection, notified by email.
Active (approved) — once approved, the Supply, Earnings, My Looks menus open and you can register looks.
Rejected — the reason is shown. Address it, then resubmit for review.
Suspended / Terminated — set by team policy; new supply is restricted during this period. Check email for details.

※ Your revenue share % is set on approval and may increase with performance tiers.

When does quota go up or down?

Your tier (T0+) determines your uploadable count (quota).
Each upload immediately occupies 1 quota slot. (Quota stays occupied during review.)
If a look is rejected, the quota is auto-returned. Deleting an approved look also returns quota.
When ‘auto-increase by performance’ is on, strong metrics (piks, clicks) automatically raise your quota.

※ If ‘remaining uploads’ is 0, free up quota via rejection/deletion or wait for a tier upgrade.

When are earnings confirmed and paid?

Pending Payable Paid

Pending — the state when click/purchase earnings from your looks first accrue. (Holding period for refunds/cancellations.)
Payable — balance eligible for payout after the holding period. The ‘Request payout’ button activates once you exceed the minimum payout.
Paid — the team approved your payout request and completed the actual payment.
Void — earnings cancelled due to purchase cancellation/refund.

Payout request states: Requested → Approved → Paid (reason shown if rejected). A request submits your entire payable balance.

3 supply methods — ① Direct upload (image files), ② Prompt supply (generate via popular prompts → register URL), ③ MCP/Integration (auto-collect your catalog).
No need to enter metadata — gender, season, style tags, and descriptions are auto-analyzed by SKIPIKS AI on approval.
Duplicate images are auto-blocked — an image identical to a registered one is rejected on upload (across all partners). Rejected images are excluded from dedup and can be re-uploaded.
Auto review (AI quality check) — AI scores each upload: confidence ≥0.70 → auto-live, 0.50–0.69 → team review, <0.50 → auto-reject.
Go-live — once ‘Live’, your look appears in user feeds and click/pik metrics start counting toward earnings.

Each upload occupies 1 quota slot; after passing review (AI auto quality check) it goes ‘Live’ in the feed. Quota auto-returns on rejection. An image identical to a registered one is auto-rejected as duplicate.

Register an MCP/Feed/API endpoint exposing your catalog, and we'll periodically pull your looks.

Follow Save integration → Test connection → Sync now. Synced looks are queued for review as ‘In review’ and go live through the same dedup, AI auto-analysis, and auto review as direct uploads. Pulled looks also consume quota.
